The high-voltage soft starter controls the input voltage by controlling the conduction angle of the thyristor to change the voltage value of the motor stator terminal, that is, to control the starting torque and starting current of the motor, so as to realize the soft start control of the motor. The high-voltage soft start can be smoothly accelerated according to the set starting parameters, thereby reducing the electrical and mechanical impact on the power grid, motors and equipment. When the motor reaches the rated speed, the bypass contactor is automatically turned on. The high-voltage soft starter continues to monitor the motor after starting and provides various fault protections.
Product Features

Technical features
■ Maintenance-free: SCR is a contactless electronic device, which is different from other types of products that require frequent maintenance of liquids and components, etc., to change the mechanical life into the service life of electronic components, and to operate continuously for several years without downtime for maintenance.
■ Easy to install and use: SWMV is a complete motor starting control and protection system. When installing, it can be put into operation by connecting the power line and the motor line. Before adding high voltage, it is allowed to use low voltage for electrical testing of the entire system.
■ Standby features: The device is equipped with a vacuum contactor that can directly start the motor. If the SWMV fails, the vacuum contactor can be used to directly start the motor to ensure the continuity of production. The high-voltage thyristor is the main circuit component, and has a voltage protection and over-voltage protection system. The SWMV is equipped with an electromagnetic locking device to prevent accidental entry into the high-voltage device when it is charged. The advanced optical fiber transmission technology realizes the isolation between the trigger detection of the high voltage thyristor and the low voltage control circuit. The 32-bit ARM core microcontroller is used to execute the central control, which is real-time and efficient, intuitive display, high reliability and good stability. Chinese and English LCD touch screen display system, user-friendly operation interface. With RS485 communication interface, it can communicate with upper computer or centralized control center. All circuit boards undergo rigorous aging tests.
