　　HSSR-CX series AC motor soft starter adopts AC asynchronous motor digital start-stop device developed by power electronics technology, microprocessor technology and modern control theory technology.

　　The software has advanced PID algorithm, the performance is very reliable, the motor to provide a smooth, progressive starting process: reduce the motor starting process of the impact of the grid current and voltage drop, reduce mechanical stress, improve the impact, suitable for a variety of load AC asynchronous motor.

Product Features

■ The main circuit adopts three-in and three-out connection mode: built-in current transformer, real-time detection of motor current and operating parameters;

■ In the process of starting and bypass, with overload, overcurrent, phase loss, phase current imbalance, thyristor overheating protection function;

■ Built-in bypass contactor, compact structure, space saving;

■ Using high-performance SOC as the control core, LCD Chinese display various parameters, programming interface and fault status, with a keyboard, convenient parameter setting, rich detection and perfect protection function;

■ The control panel is designed with an independent hand manipulator. The hand manipulator and soft starter can be installed in different places, and communication can be realized by connecting with ordinary network cable;

■ With RS485 communication interface, embedded Modbus RTU communication protocol, convenient configuration connection;

■ Starting modes with adjustable starting time, such as voltage ramp starting, current limiting starting and pulse sudden jump starting;

■ 4 ~ 20mA standard signal can be input to realize the start and stop control of the motor, and the upper and lower limits of the analog quantity can be set on the operation panel;

■ The control board adopts advanced SMT chip technology, high product reliability;

■ With free parking, programmable soft parking mode.
