Can be widely used in various asynchronous motor speed control. The product relies on 32-bit DSP and adopts the international leading vector control algorithm to realize high-performance and high-precision motor drive control. It not only improves the reliability of the product and the adaptability of the environment, but also strengthens the design of customer ease of use and industry specialization. ■ Excellent anti-disturbance performance: Using improved PID control technology, the torque response level is greatly improved when the load changes abruptly, and the motor speed changes are minimized and basically maintained constant.
Significant energy-saving effect: In energy-saving mode, the voltage and current on the motor are automatically adjusted by monitoring the actual load size to achieve significant energy-saving effect.
■ Flexible and rich input/output terminals: logical input/output terminals have more than 60 functions to choose from, and analog output also has 15 optional functions; AI1 ~ AI2 and AO can be factory corrected or the linear curve can be corrected on site by users, and the corrected accuracy can reach 20mV
